What are the salary benefits/PTO?

We offer generous PTO accrual, flexible PTO (3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years of service), health/dental/vision insurance, and Stake In The Outcome (SITO) Bonuses which could add up to an additional 10% of your annual compensation.
