The St. Louis Business Journal named The Chamberlin Group one of the Best Places to Work for 2022

St. Louis, MO – March 7, 2022 – The Chamberlin Group, a fee-based wealth and tax planning firm has been named one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in the “Small Employer” category by the St. Louis Business Journal. This is the first time the company has been recognized on the prestigious list. More than 230 nominations were submitted for the Best Places to Work awards in 2022. The 74 companies identified on the list stand out as finalist in this year’s program as St. Louis’ most employee-friendly places to work.

The annual awards program includes local companies of all sizes, from startup to enterprise. All participating companies and their employees completed anonymous surveys administered by Quantum Workplace, to measure key areas within the company’s culture such as compensation, leadership, communications, benefits, employee engagement, and more. The companies were grouped by size, then ranked by Quantum Workplace to determine St. Louis’ most employee friendly workplaces.
