Biography

Since graduating college, Tom has spent his entire career working in retirement planning. During that time, he has focused on insurance (life insurance, long-term care & annuities), Medicare planning, and tax and investment strategy. He was also a contributing writer for advisory firms across the U.S. and for local television broadcasts, publishing dozens of articles about retirement plans. This wide variety of experience made Tom a great fit to specialize in Holistic Financial Planning at Chamberlin.

Tom was fortunate enough to receive a golf scholarship at Eastern Illinois University. He now resides in Creve Coeur, Mo., with his wife Cate, son Maverick and their yellow lab Lute. They enjoy spending time together, going to dinners, hanging out with family and friends, and catching up on T.V. shows they enjoy. Tom also spends his free time staying active, playing golf, and setting up golf outings and charity events. One of these events is a large annual golf tournament that benefits a cancer foundation in memory of his father, who passed away way too early to cancer, and in honor of a friend who battled cancer at a young age and defeated it.
