John graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Accounting in 1999. After college, John worked for a local CPA firm before joining a Fortune 100 company in 2003, where he is currently a VP of Finance. During that time, John also worked for Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, where he prepared taxes. In 2005, John joined The Chamberlin Group team as an Accountant, working evenings and weekends while continuing to work full-time in the accounting/finance industry. John is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS Certification (EA) has been serving clients with their accounting and tax preparation needs for more than 20 years. His experience includes preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, corporations, and LLCs. He is a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP).

John is married to his best friend, Jessica. His hobbies include bowling, skeet/trap shooting. During college, he was the captain of the Mizzou bowling team.
